Developer instance "The instance is offline. Please check again in a few minutes."

Hi all, I'm trying to log onto my PDI through the Developer Portal and instantly greeted with "The instance is offline. Please check again in a few minutes." If I try to refresh the instance, it thinks about it for 20-30 seconds and comes back saying the same thing.

 

*Please do not suggest releasing the instance - this does not solve my issue*

 

If I try to access it by URL I get the statement "Service Interruption: This instance is unavailable.
If service does not restore promptly, please file an incident in the ServiceNow online Support Portal or contact Customer Support via phone.
" The contact center doesn't have information that I haven't already tried, and the link for support via phone is broken.

 

Does anyone know a workaround for this? I have content on my PDI that I need access to, so releasing it and getting a new one wouldn't solve my issue. Thanks in advance!

This is bizarrely the first time I've experienced this issue. Just wondering if you've had this yourself and how long it took to come back online?

In that case, wait for 1 or 2 days. That's the only option since we don't have PDI's Support.

Hello @Martin_Hargrave 

I encountered a similar issue previously, and my instance became available again after 2-3 days. I recommend waiting patiently for a couple of days, as it might resolve itself. If the instance remains offline even after 3-4 days, you may need to release the current instance and request a new one.

Wait for sometime , if still not come online then release the current one and opt foe new one. this is the fastest way you can get the instance.
