I recently applied for a new instance on ServiceNow Developer, but I have been waiting for three days or on the waitlist. How many days do I need to wait to get the instance
Another question is how to contact the administrator of ServiceNow, and what is the email address

Hi @daodao
There are lots of users who are using PDIs and sometimes some of the user has 2 or more PDIs, this actually blocks the time for others to get it. So once the PDIs gets released or reclaimed then it gets refreshed and get allocated to the user who has requested. This eventually results into taking more time to get a PDI.
So in general, the waitlist can very in how long time it takes to get a PDI.

Hi @Priyaranjan181 ,
Sorry to be the one to tell you, but the short answer is - no. There is no other way than wait (remember this is a free offered service).

There is no method to determine where you are in the waitlist, nor when you can expect to receive an instance.
For a reference point, I have been on the waitlist for approximately 6 days so far and still do not have a personal development instance (PDI). Fingers crossed that it won't take much longer! 🤞
