I recently applied for a new instance on ServiceNow Developer, but I have been waiting for three days or on the waitlist. How many days do I need to wait to get the instance

Another question is how to contact the administrator of ServiceNow, and what is the email address

Facing the same issue, the whole model is wrong .

It was simple and flexible in starting but with growing demand and growth these are the impacts. Also , free PDI's are not generating much of an ROI hence investing on this will not be a priority by the organisation

There is not even a tat for the wait time . does it mean it will take ages to receieve a PDI
