Hi,
I've been unable to access my PDI instance for a few weeks(dev94912), where I have a lot of work that cannot be lost and today I received an email from ServiceNow telling me to enter the instance and save the work as my instance will be removed. Can someone help me?
@Kamini Kansal , I'm tagging you because you helped me in the past with the same problem and I managed to recover the instance 🙂
Best Regards,

Hi there,
Unfortunately lots of people have been mentioning something similar in the past few weeks. As we all know: these free PDI's come without any form of support. So you can only wait and hope your instance comes back... or it's just lost.
Sorry to mention such, though it's just how it is unfortunately. We all as random community members also can't help you.
Kind regards,

Hi Mark, I really don't understand the reason for this. The last time it happened (last year) the instance still woke up again, but this time it didn't. Maybe my post here was more intended to lament than practical help. Share my frustration and sadness haha. I'm going to create my applications all over again, unfortunately.
Thanks for your response.
Best Regards,

Yeah we all don't understand it I think. Also as an MVP, I don't know what's going on, we don't get any info or insight on this. Luckily I still have my PDI, though lots of people are experiencing this for the past few weeks ☹️. I even hear now people who have request a new PDI, and are getting this again.
Kind regards,

Hi @Lucas Alves
It is fact , that PDI are very unstable now a days and lots of ppl lost the PDI without notice. Please request a new PDI and take regular backup.
Kamini is no longer working with SN.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
