Hi all, I have been looking into Global text search function which is often used by agens to search for all results for a specific person. But the results are not the same as in the list view with keywords filter. I am Attaching a screenshot of the differences. There was originaly a condition for search sources to show only "active" ones which was not applied in the list view filter so we removed that but still the results are not consistent.
Do you know what is causing this and what can be done so we get the same results in both searches, is it even possible?
