Hi,
I've been unable to access my PDI instance for a few weeks(dev94912), where I have a lot of work that cannot be lost and today I received an email from ServiceNow telling me to enter the instance and save the work as my instance will be removed. Can someone help me?
@Kamini Kansal , I'm tagging you because you helped me in the past with the same problem and I managed to recover the instance 🙂
Best Regards,

Hi there,
Unfortunately lots of people have been mentioning something similar in the past few weeks. As we all know: these free PDI's come without any form of support. So you can only wait and hope your instance comes back... or it's just lost.
Sorry to mention such, though it's just how it is unfortunately. We all as random community members also can't help you.
Kind regards,

Hi LearnNGrow-Atul,
In fact the instance was very unstable and slow before I lost it. Thanks for the tip and answer.

Atul,
Please don't do this. This is so not MVP behavior.

Hi @Lucas Alves ,
As you might know, there is no support available from PDIs from ServiceNow. Hence, if you cannot get into your instance, there is no way to save the data and previous work will be lost.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.
Best regards
Anders

Hey AndersBGS,
Unfortunate, but true. It would be nice if there was a way to recover the data. In my case, I lose a lot of things but others I had backups. Let's work and create again.
Thanks for your time n answer
Best Regards,
