Developer Instances Offline Issue

Lucas Alves

Hi,
I've been unable to access my PDI instance for a few weeks(dev94912), where I have a lot of work that cannot be lost and today I received an email from ServiceNow telling me to enter the instance and save the work as my instance will be removed. Can someone help me?

@Kamini Kansal , I'm tagging you because you helped me in the past with the same problem and I managed to recover the instance 🙂

Best Regards,

Hi there,

Unfortunately lots of people have been mentioning something similar in the past few weeks. As we all know: these free PDI's come without any form of support. So you can only wait and hope your instance comes back... or it's just lost.

Sorry to mention such, though it's just how it is unfortunately. We all as random community members also can't help you.

Kind regards,

I lost instance which I was maintaining for more than two years, I don't think you will get any help here. Good Luck!

Please hit like and mark my response as correct if that helps

What a situation. I had mine for 4 years and had already managed to recover it once. Fortunately, I had some things backed up, and others I will need to redo. Another learning experience.

Thanks for your share and response.

 Hi @Lucas Alves

If you are lucky, you can get old PDI again. We heard few cases where user requested for new PDI and when they login it redirect to old pdi.

Not sure how, but again it can be luck.

As strange as it may seem, I heard this too today. It happened to a guy who works with me. He asked for a new one and all his data was there. Fingers crossed for the same thing to happen here haha.

Will wait for a positive feedback.
