We are inviting members of the ServiceNow Community to provide feedback on their experience with Platform complexity in a compensated survey. Please keep reading for more information!

 

Your responses on this survey will guide ServiceNow initiatives to address the most impactful pain points our Customers and Partners currently experience while using our Platform and Products. Submitted the Survey 2 weeks back but did not got any mail or update on it yet. No e-Gift card or ServiceNow Swag credit received yet.

 

Few of my connections also did but they also confirmed that they are yet to receive mail and details regarding it. 

 

Could you confirm by when can we expect it?

Hi Anubhav,

Thanks for taking the survey! We waited until closing the survey last week to process incentives, so they should be going out soon. However, we found that a lot of folks entered their personal email instead of their corporate email, which is required to receive the incentive. If you used a personal email, could you please send me a direct message with your corporate email, along with the email you used for reference?
