Dictionary Attribute

Hello All,

 

I have requirement like in incident caller filed if agent enters at least two characters then only the list should come. Now it is for any one character.

i have tried  Dictionary attribute : Reference auto completer   Value : min_search_chars =2. and tried Client script (on-change). but didn't work.

 

Can anyone suggest how can i achieve this?
