Dictionary Override

Hello

I'm trying to rename the field: Description to business requirement. This field "Description" is from a task table. I created a new record on the dictionary override tab. I'm trying to rename the description but it's grayed out. Please help.

Here I just added a new label for Incident.

Hi @SnowDevOps

You cannot change the name of the field. The name is what it is. You can change the label of the field on a table but not with a dictionary override.

Nope. It wouldn't allow me to change the label

Hi there,

Are you sure you want to change the label on the Task table? Are you sure you are not after changing it on a specific extended table? If so, add a new label for that extended table.

For the rest the answer of @Niklas Peterson is spot on and the only correct on for this topic.
