Closed complete
Closed incomplete
Closed Skipped and pending states..

Hi Ganesh,
Please find below.
Closed Complete: the project is finished and all tasks are complete.
- Closed Incomplete: the project is finished, but tasks remain unfinished.
- Close Skipped: the project was abandoned.

Closed Complete states that the task is completed and work on that task or ticket is done completely.
Cosed Incomplete means task is closed but work done on it was incomplete.
Closed skipped not sure.

- Close complete - Work has been completed to specification
- Close incomplete - Work could not be completed as specified, could be that some steps has been implemented but not all
- Closed Skipped - Work could not be implemented at all
- Pending - You are waiting for another task, or feedback from vendor/customer, etc before you can finish the work
Additionally OOTB most of the Parent record will automatically closed if all child tasks has been closed. For example if all tasks records has been marked as Closed complete or Cancelled and at least one as Close incomplete then the Parent record status will be marked as Close incomplete.
