Private scoped applications provide a dedicated environment for your application, isolating it from other applications. This isolation ensures that resources such as tables, fields, scripts, and workflows are contained within the application, avoiding conflicts with other parts of the ServiceNow instance.

why and when the conflicts will come and what makes us to create scoped application?
