Hello Community,
Can anyone explain what is the difference between preserve and exclude data as part of cloning activity and get confused lot of times to get understand this concept
Can anyone explain with proper example and it would be great help.

Hi,
The data in the tables specified in Exclude list are not cloned over to the target instances. The preservers retain any required data in your target instances like SSO, LDAP, mid server and similar data. Both these options work in a combination to produce the right clone results.
Please refer to the last part of this video where I am explaining this feature in detail.
