Disable access to (CSM) portal

Hi,

how would you normally disable a portal in ServiceNow?

I am using CSM with custom case types and custom portals, but I do not want that my external users are able to access the OOTB /csm portal.

How are you normally doing that?

Finally the solution arrived with Xanadu: Deactivate a portal

It is possible to deactivate a portal and even to redirect to another one if needed. Cool.
