Disable additional comments

Hi team,

we have requirement that if RITM is closed we need to disable or read only the field "additional comments" field on portal for every one can any one help me how to achieve this sharing screen show for reference

YES in backed and on portal both we need to hide

Hi, you may want to check the property glide.sc.allow_comment_on_closed_ritm. If you can still see the comments field after setting the value to false, you may need to tweak some ACLs.
