Disable Create new dashboard button in Configurable workspace

Is there any way to make "Create New Dashboard" button read-only in Configurable workspace? 

I have created a custom Analytics center by following the steps given in the below link -

Please let me know if anyone have worked on this.

I have a Similar requirement. Did you find any solution to it?

I removed the event handler also from my configurable workspace but still the button is working.
