I am new to ServiceNow and I am currently working on a task, that need the "public comment adding" option only for the currently Work In Progress ticket for the ticket Assignee.
The public comment adding option should be possible for, "State= Work In Progress" and "Work State = Ongoing" (Custom field). How this can be achieved in SN?
