Disable notification for group containing VIP users

Requirement is we need to disable notification for group containing VIP users. Any solution?

Hi @harver31,

One way you can do is first identify the groups which contains VIP members then navigate to notification table n then check for group field if it contains that group name or users field of it contains the VIP users. Whatever result u get u can decide if u want to proceed with deactivating those notifications or not.

You can add the condition Assignment Group is not VIP Users in the When to Send tab of the notification you have configured.

@harver31 , do you want to Exclude all the emails which triggers to VIP users like Incident , Change , Problem , Approvals etc. or do you want to Exclude only for any Specific table ?can you please elaborate your business requirement here?
