Disable OOB approval notification for a catalog item approval

Hey Experts,

I'm working on a catalog Item where I need to send custom approval notifications for approval. All other catalog items use the default system approval emails. How should I avoide triggering the oob approval email for this specific item. I'm going to create a custom event to trigger my approval email notifications.

Hi @saint 

You can update the default approval notification condition to exclude the specific item. You can build condition as Approval for ->Requested Item -> Item IS NOT "Your catalog item".
