Disable Standard Knowledge Template and set default category based on template selected

Hi there,

We are starting to look at the Knowledge Management Advanced Plugin and have created some templates. I have two questions.

1. When creating a new article, how do you get rid of the Standard template so that folks cannot select it. 
   
   
   
2. Is there anyway to set a default category based on the specific template selected?

As an admin, if you click on the upper right corner UI action called Edit Interceptor on that same page you show, you will be shown the option to disable templates on the answer related list, I suspect you can disable it there:
