Hi,
I just want to confirm one simple thing. If a client doesn't want to use one of the OOB button (which is used only in one specific table, and it's not Global), the best approach would be to set this oob UI Action to inactive. The goal is just to remove this button from the form view, as the client won't need it.
Or maybe there is different approach to do it?

If it never will be used by anyone, it's fine to disable it. Otherwise using conditions would be the way to go,

yeah, if the client changes their mind in the future, there will be an option to revert the change and make it active again. But for now, this is just my speculation.
