Discovery admin workspace is not visible for admin user

Hi Team,

 

Need help

 

Discovery admin workspace is not visible form admin in instance which recently upgrade to Xanadu, however it is visible in washington release.

 

Role required to view is admin or discovery_admin. I tried to provide the discovery_admin explicitly also the workspace is not visible.

 

Please help to fix this.

Hi @Madhusagar Pal1 ,

Did you check, if you have the workspace installed already in your instance?

navigate to Workspaces > Discovery Admin Workspace and check once.

 

The workspace is already installed but it is not showing in workspaces, when i checked in plugins it is installed, both instances are having same version of discovery admin workspace

Hi @Madhusagar Pal1 ,

Is it only with you or the usrs having same role can't access?

Maybe you want to Clear the browser cache and try, as most of times the problem is the cache.

Also, try cache.do on your instance to clear instance cache.
