I'm running discovery on a Fortinet AP FAP-431F. I loaded the MiB file into ServiceNow and ran a Discovery schedule using SNMP only behavior. This device came back as "Active, couldn't classify" I dug into the payload and grabbed the SnmpObjectID OID and created a new SNMP OID Classification for it.
This worked and the CI was classified like I wanted, but info like serial number and MAC address are not getting captured.
Looking at a MiB browser and examining the data coming from this device, it looks like serial number and MAC address are 2 of the OIDs.
120.1.2.0 is the serial number
120.1.5.0 is the MAC address
So does this mean the MiB file I loaded is not working or doesn't have those OID numbers? How can I populate serial number and MAC address using this information
