My understanding is that in the discovery pattern launcher parameters the limit parameter can be left (empty), the start_offset can either be left empty or set to 1 if your only attempting discovery for less then 20,000 CA's, the ip can be left blank, but I'm not sure if the template_list parameter can be left (empty).
Would anyone know of documentation that clearly specifies what parameters need to be set for Microsoft CA discovery?
