Discuss Button in Native UI

I have a requirement to get the DISCUSS button on Incident, RITM form on Native UI not workspace.
Discuss button is available on workspaces, is there any OOB way to configure it

The discuss button is on both Incident and RITM in my PDI in the native UI.

I checked in my PDI and I could not find Discuss button on incident form or RITM form. It is being available only in workspace like, CSM/FSM, SOW, ITSM Agent. 

I need similar functionality of Discuss button in Incident form on Native UI.
Can I know which version PDI are you seeing the Discuss button? I am having checking in Washington DC.

I checked in my PDI, I am not able to find the Discuss button. I need the same functionality that Discuss button holds on Workspaces.

In my PDI I was able to find Discuss button in Workspaces only(CSM, SOW), in native UI forms like incident I am not seeing it.
Can I know your PDI version?, I am using Washington DC

Hi,

My PDI is on Xanadu but I have checked one of our sub production instances that is on Washington and also has the Discuss button natively. 

Can you try disable sidebar and re-enable in your PDI?
