Discuss button is not visible for some users

Can anyone please tell me why the discuss button is visible to some users only?

Hi, can you check if there is role assigned to this button or if there any condition which is restricting the button to show

Hi @Mahesh Pydisett 

 

Please change application to: Omni-Experience Standard Feature Set and go to 'Settings' under 'Conversational Interfaces' in left navigator. Kindly make changes accordingly.
