Discuss button search functinolity is not working as we expected.

Hi All,

when i click on discuss button the Assignmemt group users are automatically populated in the Add participants section but when i am trying to add the users into the discusstion it is showing No result found.

Could please Help How can we achive this.

I tired same at my side in PDI and it is working. Please check the user record (active or not) or locked out.

@Dr Atul G- LNG  Yes In PDI it is working as expected, but our instance not working search functionality how can i troubleshoot this issue in my instance

Not sure, but is you only facing issue or other teams as well? also only in 1 browser or other. These are just random check.
