Dispatcher workspace, What parameters bring up the agent/technician list? Because it previously appeared, and can it be changed? I have set the skills, roles, location, covered dispatch

Can you please try these below steps and check whether this resolves your issue?

Steps:

1.If the Dispatcher Workspace agent isn't appearing in ServiceNow, ensure the "com.agentworkspace" plugin is activated.

2.Verify that the user has the "wm_dispatcher" role and belongs to a dispatch group.

3.If the issue persists, review any customizations in the "DispatcherWorkspaceConstants" Script Include and confirm the presence states are configured correctly.

2. I've entered the dispatcher group and have the wm_dispatcher role
3. I'll study this script first.
