Display Category and Subcategory in Tiles view in service portal

Hi Guys,

I am trying to display category and subcategory as tiles format in service portal sc_category page.

I tried below article but no luck. can anyone please tell what things need to be modify to make it work.

Hi Bhagya Laxmi,

I have tried all the attached 3 widgets, However I am getting error - "You do not have permission to see this catalog". Could you please suggest how to fix this error/ issue ?

Hi Chandra,

This error is only on all the Widgets which is available in the following article,not getting this error on existing by default widget - SC Category Page.
