Display Category and Subcategory in Tiles view in service portal

Hi Guys,

I am trying to display category and subcategory as tiles format in service portal sc_category page.

I tried below article but no luck. can anyone please tell what things need to be modify to make it work.

Hi Chandra,

This error is only on all the Widgets which is available in the following article,not  getting this error on existing by default widget - SC Category Page.

The widget which I am trying is not even displaying the Category , seems that URL is not getting pass correctly.

Could you please suggest ?

Hi Neeta,

Can you please check whether Catalog items are associated with that particular Category as well as Active is true or not.

Because If you attach an catalog item to any category it will reflect to service portal automatically.

After giving the access and role to catalog item still getting the same error.

Even admin as well getting the same error.

Please check the following screen shot - 

When clicking on Category - getting the following error , as wrong URL is getting pass -

When changing  the URL from "sys_id" to "category_id",it is displaying the correct result -

Could you please suggest how can I pass this URL on "Category" selection ?
