Display Empty Field Values as “NA”

Hi Community,

I have a client requirement in ServiceNow where all empty field values should visually display as NA (or -) across the application UI, but only for one specific scoped application.

No mate, it’s by design — it’s supposed to show empty. If you want to change it in any way, it would require heavy customization, so it’s better to avoid that and use it as provided by the system. [OOTB Filter also designed based on empty ]
