display html text box in service portal widget

Hi All,

I am trying to get the text from html type field and display it in service portal. I am able to get the text with html tags but not sure how to display it in portal widget.

is this catalog form variable ?

i got it. 

i validated on my personal instance and i can see html field value and i can not see tags

let me know if  i did not understand your query
