Display the "Title" and "Chart Title" on dashboard

Hi, all.
I would like to have both the "Title" and "Chart Title" of the report displayed in the dashboard view.
Currently, when I display the "Chart Title", the "Title" is the same as the "Chart Title".
For example, in the image below, the "Title" is "Testing Progress Rate2" and the "Chart title" is "Testing", but the dashboard shows two "Testing".
How can I resolve this issue?

This is not possible to do, as the chart title configuration will override the "report title".
