hi everyone,
build a report that will display the time taken to resolve an incident.
The time will be calculated once the incident is assigned to a support user.
We need to get one report that will display the total time taken to resolve an incident

Hi Angel,
My earlier replies gave you the set up you need to do that reporting based either on when the incident was created or when it was assigned. Please let me know where you are missing something.

i have to creat a report that is i did but while i select to share to my client as xml formate then no any option i get there and no any other option to send my client.

Hi Angel,
Did you run an update set when you built the report? If not, open a new update set and make it current. Do a meaningless change to your report and save it. That will put the report in the update set. You can then close the update set and export it and upload it to your client.
