Display value is not shown for the reference field

I have a list field in my form which refers to the pm_project table. When I select records from the reference field it does not display the value for which I have set the Display as true in the dictionary. It displays another column Project Name's value for which the 'Display' is false. I have ensured there is only one column in that table with Display value true.

Has anybody come across this issue already.

Could you please throw some light here by adding some screenshots for reference

Maybe the columns are specified in the dictionary attribute:

Dictionary attributes

-> ref_ac_columns

Or do you want to change the columns in the pop up, then you have to configure the view:

sysparm_view=sys_ref_list

Hi Maria,

Try below steps:

1. click on the magnifying glass of that field.

2. you will see the list in one pop window , now right click on the column of that list view - Configure -> list layout.

3. select the fields which are required..

Hi Saikiran,

Please see the screenshots. Below is the field I mentioned.

When I click on the look up and select from the below pop up

Project Name value goes into the Risk Activities. But have want HLP Ref to go into the Risk Activities filed. The Display is true for HLP Ref column in the dictionary entry.
