Displaying attachment list on a form

Hello All,

I want to display a list of attachments on a form (Without using related lists or embedded forms)

Ideally I would like the same look as what is displayed in the manage attachments UI but on the form, without having to click manage attachments.

If this inst possible, is there any way to make all attachments stack in the header? At the minute, it just cuts off and only displays the first 3 attachments.

End goal is to remove the need for the Manage attachments button (We dont want anyone to add/remove any attachments after a form is submitted and this allows them to do it - i could use business rules on the attachment table but I want to remove the option altogether.)

This is all viewed in CMS so I have been playing around with the style sheets to make them stack in the header but had no luck.

Hello Harry, 1 idea for you: add activity field with configured filter (only attachments). You can add it to form and see all attachment + previews.

Unfortunately that doesnt allow me to view/download all attachment types and I already have the activity field on the form for other reasons. Like the thinking though.
