Where we have to check for the distribution Lists In Service Now. I have to delete a   user in Distribution Lists

Hi Mounika,

Are you referring to users from group? if so then you can verify in System Definitions--> Deleted records.

Hit like, Helpful or Correct depending on the impact of the response

Hello Prashant,

I issue was nor resolved yet. The Requester mentioned only the user id to delete that user from distribution list.
