Hello Mounika,

To what kind of Distribution Lists you are referring?
As I know, with some configuration in SNOW, you can configure a PDL email to a group of users, which PDL to be serving as a Distribution List.
For example: Create a contact group or distribution list in Outlook - Outlook
If you or a colleague of yours did this (made the required settings on the SNOW environment of yours) configuration, then you may add or remove contacts from there by simply adding or deleting a specific user's id email address from the group Distribution List (PDL email).

I personally do not have such configuration on my instance, so I am not in a position to perform tests.
Yet, I suspect you have such on yours, so you may go ahead and review the DL, which should be in the group field of yours system.

Of course, this will be useful only if we are speaking for the same topic.
