Has anyone implemented DKIM with Google mail and ServiceNow to help ensure your emails are not marked as SPAM for your organization?

Can you elaborate more, what exactly you did to resolve it? What did you mean by 'I repointed my ServiceNow instance to the new relay which uses DKIM and we are all set.'
