Do anyone facing an issue while publishing the OKTA sso integration in sampro?

Hi,

 

Facing an unknown issue like the "publish " button is disable while configuring the OKTA sso integration . And i created the "connection and credential" . This issue is facing after upgrading to current version . Please help me on this.
