Do IntegrationHub Spokes bypass target instance IP address restrictions

Hi everyone,

Just to confirm: when using an IntegrationHub Spoke (e.g. Remote Instance Spoke) to call another ServiceNow instance, can the spoke call succeed if the target instance has IP filtering and has NOT whitelisted my source (instance DC egress IP or MID Server IP)? Or do I still need the target instance to explicitly allow the calling IP? Thanks.
