Do we have an option called 'Incident Variable Editor' as a field within the Native UI case record?

Hi Community. I have created a case form and related variables in CSM Portal, now i don't want to create fields (related variables) in case record in Native UI. Do we have an option called 'Incident Variable Editor' as a field within the Native UI case record? Thanks, Srinivasu

If you do not want to send the variable data into the record on the table, you can create a formatter or use one that already exists depending on which table you send the case to for example "Incident Variable Editor" formatter. Just lay out the formatter on the form.

You can find all formatters under system UI -> formatters.

 

If this was not the information you were looking for, you will have to elaborate on what the problem is.
