Do we have spell checker in workspace

Hi all,

I have a query regarding misspell sentences in the workspace is it possible to enable spell check, does SN provide that OOB, if not is there any way to implement it

Hi,

Usually this is a  feature on the browser or maybe any additional plugin on browser. I have not seen any ServiceNow plugin for this.

No mate, there is no spell checker in WS. You can use a third-party tool like Grammarly, which is web-based and can be used for this purpose. I'm using that as well.

ServiceNow Workspaces (like CSM or Agent Workspace) rely entirely on your web browser's built-in spell checker, as the platform no longer provides a native spell-checking tool

ServiceNow does not provide an out-of-the-box spell-checking feature.

Instead, it depends on the spell-check functionality available in the user's web browser.

Resolution

The Now platform now relies on spell check performed by the client-side browser. Please review your browser configuration to ensure spell-checking is working correctly.
