Document Generation from Servicenow

Hi,

I want to print servicenow data onto word document and show paragraphs in word document based on user selection in servicenow, for example priority is High - High priority paragraph should be visible similar way, can

this plugin will help?, if so can anyone help me with configuration steps, I installed plugin and also in word but getting error as dev192667.service-now.com refused to connect.

This is a paid plugin that won’t work properly unless it’s connected or integrated with MS Word. Try the same with the client instance and see if everything works.

Not in PDI. ServiceNow provides a store app, which is better to use to avoid technical debt and customization.
