Looking for some assistance in understanding the this error I am receiving on my use case for document intelligence. I received no errors during the training of the use case, however when I added integration I started receiving this error on the training process 3. Training Solution: "NSE0016:Failed to execute component docintel_pdf2img : Unable to locate PDF attachments at the paths specified by the attachment downloader."
The pdf is on the sys_attachment table. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
UPDATE: I see that the attachment is not making it to the document task. I have attempted to manipulate the flow to copy the attachment to the document task (sys_di_task). However, the attachment is not getting attached to the document task:
