Document Intelligence won't preview PDF

DocIntel Admin page > Use Case > Document tasks tab > when I try to load the PDF into Document Intelligence via "Open in Document Intelligence", it won't get past "The document is being prepared for display."  So, I never get the preview of the PDF so that I can map the fields.  Any ideas?  Thanks!

Did you solve the issue? If yes can you or anyone else explain the root cause of that?
