Document not processing in document intelligence.

I am using the Document Intelligence application and trying to process a document ie.. pdf file.

I did the following:

1) Created a Use Case / Task Definition (di_task_definition) table.

 di_task_def.PNG

Under This Use case

2) I created a Field (field that I need to fetch from the document)

di_field.PNG

3) I created a Task (di_task) table and attached a pdf in the task.

di_task.PNG

When I click on the process task button, the attached pdf will be processed and I should get the recommended inputs for my field. But the processing always ends up in failed status. I have tried with different pdf file, everytime the result is failed processing.

My documents are always failed when I process them, so aI'm not able to move to next step ie.. "Show in docintell"

What could be the reason ?

As per FAQ on DI, it's not supported in PDI it seems. If you were trying in PDI, that could be the reason of failure.

@Community Alums Thanks for the reply, yes this could be a reason.

If not on PDI then where can I explore Document intelligence?

I believe there is only one option - Use any non-PRD instance provisioned for your client/employer you're assigned to/working for.
