I'd like to learn about the specifications of the Record View in the Service Operations Workspace and Agent Workspace.
When I open the page, I notice that the widths of "Overview," "Compose," and "Record Information" are different, requiring manual adjustment each time.
I expected the system to remember the width settings from the last time I accessed this page, but I couldn't find any documentation for either the Agent Workspace or the Service Operations Workspace's Record View.
