Does Agent Workspace incur any costs or licensing fees?

Hi,

I know Agent Workspace comes installed OOTB with ServiceNow. I had the following questions:

1. Does using the base agent workspace incur any licensing costs?
2. If I use agent workspace to receive work items for, e.g. Case or Incident, do I need to have paid for ITSM pro or does it incur any licensing costs?

Hi F,

It is my understanding that there are no added costs.  You need to check with your account team to get a definitive answer on ServiceNow costs, pricing, entitlements, etc.
