Does anyone know where the favorites are stored?

We are on Helsinki and I'm looking to set a bunch of favorites as an admin and then be able to export that and have other users import those favorites into their profile.

They are stored under User Preferences where User is your name.

it is stored in bookmark module

If it is UI15 or before then favorites are stored in user preferences

but if it UI16 then favorites are stored in bookmarks
